All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in appearance due to their handmade, delicate, and floral nature.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to lighting, screen settings, natural floral variation, arrangement style, availability, and handmade preparation.

Minor variations in rose color, shape, size, texture, glitter finish, packaging, or arrangement shall not be considered defects.

When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

AURÉA Bloom reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or errors in product information.

All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.

AURÉA Bloom reserves the right to update product prices, delivery fees, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery is available within selected areas in the United Arab Emirates.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. AURÉA Bloom shall not be liable for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable recipient information.

Due to the delicate, fragile, customized, perishable, and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been prepared, customized, packed, dispatched, or delivered.
