Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through AURÉA Bloom.
At AURÉA Bloom, each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and handled with care to preserve the quality and presentation of our glittering rose bouquets, eternal rose bouquets, preserved roses, and floral gift arrangements.
- Delivery Areas
AURÉA Bloom currently offers delivery within selected areas in the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location. If an address falls outside our delivery coverage, AURÉA Bloom reserves the right to contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery option or cancel and refund the order where delivery is not possible.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.
As our products are delicate floral gift items, preparation time may vary depending on the bouquet type, customization, availability, and order volume.
Orders may require additional preparation time during peak seasons, holidays, special occasions, or high-demand periods.
- Delivery Timing
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or confirmed after the order is placed, where applicable.
While AURÉA Bloom will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, courier delays, incorrect address details, peak periods, or force majeure events.
- Same-Day or Scheduled Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and locations, subject to order cut-off times, product availability, and delivery capacity.
Scheduled delivery requests are subject to availability. AURÉA Bloom will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the requested timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
- Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
AURÉA Bloom reserves the right to update delivery fees at any time without prior notice.
- Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:
- Full name
- Complete delivery address
- Mobile number
- Building, villa, apartment, or office details
- Any special delivery instructions
AURÉA Bloom shall not be liable for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable recipient information.
- Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to the delivery provider, AURÉA Bloom may contact the customer to arrange a second delivery attempt.
Additional delivery charges may apply for any re-delivery attempt.
Due to the delicate and prepared-to-order nature of our products, orders that cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.
- Product Handling Upon Delivery
Our bouquets and floral arrangements are delicate and must be handled with care immediately upon receipt.
The customer or recipient must keep the product away from water, humidity, direct sunlight, heat, and excessive touching.
AURÉA Bloom shall not be responsible for any damage, deterioration, or change in appearance caused after successful delivery.
- Damaged Orders During Delivery
If an order is received damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the order placed, the customer must contact AURÉA Bloom within 24 hours of delivery.
The customer must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
- Delays Beyond Our Control
AURÉA Bloom shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier issues, traffic, weather conditions, government restrictions, incorrect customer information, peak season delays, or force majeure events.
