Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through AURÉA Bloom.

At AURÉA Bloom, each bouquet is carefully prepared, arranged, and packaged as a delicate floral gift item. Due to the perishable, fragile, customized, and made-to-order nature of our glittering rose bouquets, eternal rose bouquets, preserved roses, and floral gift arrangements, all sales are considered final once the order has been prepared, customized, packed, dispatched, or delivered.

  1. No Returns for Change of Mind

AURÉA Bloom does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, change of preference, or circumstances unrelated to the condition of the product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Glittering rose bouquets

  • Eternal rose bouquets

  • Preserved rose arrangements

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift boxes and floral arrangements prepared specifically for the customer

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an order is received damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the order placed, the customer must notify AURÉA Bloom within 24 hours of delivery by email at shop@aureabloom.ae or by mobile at +971 50 577 9839.

The customer must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

AURÉA Bloom will review the submitted evidence and, where the claim is approved, may offer one of the following remedies at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws:

  • Replacement of the affected item

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  1. Conditions for Claim Approval

Claims may be rejected where:

  • The issue is reported after 24 hours from delivery

  • The product has been used, handled excessively, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The damage resulted from water, humidity, direct sunlight, heat, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions

  • The customer fails to provide sufficient evidence of the issue

  • The concern relates to natural variation in rose shape, color, size, texture, or arrangement

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of floral products, minor variations in appearance may occur and shall not be considered defects.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins.

Once an order has been arranged, customized, packed, dispatched, or handed to a delivery provider, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  1. Care Responsibility

Glittering roses, eternal roses, and preserved floral arrangements are delicate items and must be handled with care. Products must be kept away from water, humidity, direct sunlight, heat, and frequent touching.

AURÉA Bloom shall not be liable for any damage, deterioration, or change in appearance caused by improper handling, storage, display, or care after delivery.

  1. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
